The large scrap cutter with a hydraulic cutting force of 1 000 t is used both to process clean bulky scrap and to cut heavy steel scrap.
The end product is a high-quality raw material for the production of steel.
IS JADE-STAHL also uses this cutter for non-ferrous metals and contract work.

Processing method
The scrap is pre-compacted to a size of 60 x 80 cm and then, depending on requirements, cut into lengths of 20 to 150 cm. The cut material is transported on a vibration conveyor to rid it of dirt. A steel plate conveyor then transports the finished scrap for sorted
storage.
